January 21, 2004 Community Advisory Board members recommended:

• A follow-up program of last year's Town Hall Meeting on Migrant Workers on Long Island.
• The addition of another Community Advisory Board meeting to the schedule. It was agreed to have an additional meeting on Wednesday, March 24, 2004 in Plainview.
