Are German companies different from American businesses? German textile manufacturer Rosch has an on-site kindergarten and more than 100 different ways for their employees to structure their work-week.

Dr. Bill Baker continues his exploration of European businesses in part one of his interview with Rosch vice president Gerhard Rosch. Rosch says that despite some obvious differences, German companies are not so far from their American counterparts.
