Avoid the trap of setting long-term goals without specifying intermediate sub-goals and celebrating incremental achievements. Effort should be self-reinforcing.

Here is a Tip that helps me because I’ve place a long term goal of getting 1000 subscribers in one year for my online service business but did not break it up into more intermediate sub-goals.
