Imagine working on your own projects and getting paid for it! One of the reason’s Google is a great place to work is their 20 percent time policy. Google give certain employees the freedom to pursue one of their own projects while they are on the clock. Tim Armstrong, Google VP of advertising and commerce, explains how 20 percent time is a winner.
