I am looking forward to Through My Eyes tonight on WLIW. My Mom(who will be having Cataract surgery next month) lives in Princeton NJ and does not get this channel. Will it be airing on PBS,channel 13, in the future?
Thank you so much,
Teresa Mangini
Both my late wife, Ronnie, and I were paients and – ultimately – became personal friends of Dr. Kelman’s 25 years ago. We met thru a mutual friend, the late jazz singer Sylvia Syms. I was legally blind (my eyesight was 20/400) and post surgery my eyesight is 20/15… I had the surgery back in 1984 and will be eternally grateful to Dr. Kelman for the gift of restoring my eyesight. He was truly a brillient surgeon and an extremely kind and gentle man. I thoroughly enjoyed this documentary but really wanted more, perhaps because I knew him so well.
