MI-5, the award-winning intelligence drama about the British Security Service, returns with Richard Armitage (“Robin Hood” UK TV series, “Mystery! Miss Marple”) joining the cast as MI-5 officer Lucas North.

In a world where Russia is rapidly emerging as a new superpower and where Islamist terrorism is still a real threat, the MI-5 team finds itself operating in the most testing, unsettled and frightening of times – the beginning of a new Cold War – as season 7 enters into classic espionage territory.

Season 7 premieres on Wednesday, September 21 at 9 p.m. on WLIW21.

MI-5 has garnered a devoted following on WLIW21 since its 2009 premiere. As with EastEnders in the past, WLIW21 is calling on fans and viewers to save this British favorite by making a donation.
