Tonight at 7:30 p.m., WLIW21 premieres Operatic Heat, a new collaboration between Parsons Dance and the East Village Opera Company (EVOC). This high-energy mix of dance and genre-defying sound, which pulls from opera, rock, pop, and soul, combines the athleticism of Parsons Dance with vocal performances from the EVOC. Songs include “Ave Maria,” “Nessun Dorma” and “O Mio Bambino.” Taped before a live audience, the stunning production features projections that both complement and enhance the unfolding story on stage. During the broadcast, David Parsons will be live in the WLIW21 studio with behind-the-scenes stories.

I was not able to catch the 7:30 airing of this performance. Does anyone know if it will be aired again on WLIW?
