The 90-minute special features segments from Lidia’s Italy, including Lidia in Istria discovering the secrets behind wholesome seafood pastas; Lidia in Friuli, where she has her vineyards; and Lidia in Maremma, cooking up a classic steak with a side of Tuscan beans and squash.
