I too would love the recipes from Dec. 27th 2009. My neice has Celiac disease and i think I could make the pudding without the cookies and it would be fine. Hard to find good no-Gluten receipes….
I would also love the recipes fom the December 20th show
The steak with red wine sauce, kale and polenta and decadent and delicious chocolate pudding.
I can not find the dreamy chocolate pudding recipe online and would really love to make it. Anyone have it??
Where can I find the recipe for the Valle D’aosta chocolate pudding?
I can’t find it on line and I’d like to make it for Pass-
over, without the biscotti. I love the show.
Please send me the recipe for your chocolate “puddino” – I cannot find it on-line, and it sounds just wonderful! (if you could include the recipes for the steak and the polenta from the same program, also, I would be very grateful)
I would love to have the recipe of the fish dish you prepared on the January 10 PBS show ,where you made a dish you fish fillets baked with bread crumbs .

I can’t find the recipe for Sesame & almonds hard candy from today’s 2-21-10 3pm show. Why are the recipes so hard to find on line. Please send it to me or send the link for it, thank you.
Lidia Bastianich is the chef for the sesame candy recipe, I want and was shown 2-21-10 at 3pm
Hi, Lidia, watched your showfrom Perth, Australia today. Can I have the stuffed rolled veal recipe and also the Salsa that accompanied it. Cheers
I too would like the sesame & almonds candy recipe, or at least the name of the cookbook where it can be found if it is not given free. Love your show!
I saw you using a very wide type of rigatoni on Channel 13. I believe you sauteed it with zucchini. What was the name and brand of the pasta? Thank you.
Lidia made a dessert ….a flat cake…almost like a very large cookie with nuts. (the show was (re)aired Saturday 5/8/2010 I would love the recipe…or instructions on how to find it. (the key to this dessert was that it is NOT CUT when it is served. You whack it with a spatula or spoon/mallet to break it into pieces. Any ideas??
Your cooking brings back memories of how my mother cooked and many of the recipies are alike. I tried to make the chocolate pudding that your had on 2 days ago but I missed something. Would you be able to send me the recipie? I cannot find it in your cook book.
I watched the episode today, 9-06-2010 @ 1:30 with seseme candy & sweet onion soup, but there are no recipe’s online or given accurately during the show. You just same “some”… “a little…” I had enjoyed your show so much that I was given Lidia’s Italy as a gift, so I grabbed the book and looked, but these recipe’s aren’t in it. So why bother watching the show if you’re so vague and the book doesn’t have the recipe. Other cooks speak the amounts as they cook, and their websites or the stations’ sites have the recipes.
No more wasting my time on this show. There’s plenty of other cooks to watch and other things to do instead of watching TV. Adios!
I’m desperately searching for the chocolate bread pudding recipe with pears that your channel aired a couple of days ago. It was a show that was all about chocolate recipes. It was a lady that made-up her recipe for her family using Hallah bread. Does anyone know how I can find this recipe?
I know this is totaly off the mark as far as questions go, but, I would like to know where to buy clothing like hers.
lidia, I just purchased your new book lidia’s italy in america, also have all of your previous publications.
I’m disappointed this book has no recipes from Piemonte or Piemontese dishes. Why?
