Jerry Simons, Friday Morning Tea Underwritten by Village Overhead Doors

Jerry Simons is a member of the Physician Associate/Assistant faculty at Stony Brook University Southampton Campus and coordinated this Saturday’s free community health fair (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday at Amagansett Presbyterian Church’s Scoville Hall) featuring countless points of interest presented by more than a dozen local health organizations. Health games and prizes, chair massages, healthy snacks, crafts, BMI calculations, balance testing and free tick removal kits among the attractions, including Stony Brook Cancer Center’s new 3D mobile mammography unit. Mark Schiavoni, HOTsounds Underwritten by Sag Harbor Cinema

Montauk Project’s Mark Schiavoni joins Gianna Volpe on-air to premiere the local band’s brand-new single, “Bombshell,” ahead of their release party at the Stephen Talkhouse. A return to the band’s heavier sound, Bombshell’s lyrics were altered to ensure the song is not misconstrued as advocating Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in light of the current conflict.
