Submitting Proposals to WLIW-FM
WLIW-FM’s programming includes News and Current Affairs, Radio Talk, Music, and Radio Drama. A full list of our existing programs is available on the Programs A-Z page.
All unsolicited proposals must be submitted online via the online submission form below. Proposals should be kept to a reasonable length and, if possible, include a budget. When submitting a proposal to WLIW-FM you will need to indicate to which content area or program you are submitting. Please do not send any audio or video material unless requested.
As a major provider of content, we receive hundreds of proposals each year, many on the same or similar subjects. While we may consider unsolicited proposals, we develop and produce the majority of our programs on our own or in collaboration with existing production partners. Our decision to pursue an unsolicited proposal will be based on the originality and importance of the content, the qualifications and experience of the producer, director, and other key production personnel, and the availability of resources with which to pursue further development and production.
Please note, as part of submitting your program proposal, we will also ask you to agree to the terms and conditions of our standard Release and Terms of Service. We have the right to change the terms and conditions of the Release at any time as described in our Terms of Service.
After you have submitted your proposal, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your proposal and that it has been sent to the appropriate department for review. We will only contact you further if we have an interest in pursuing your proposal.
